This is the most delicious Ramen I have ever ever ever eaten! The reason it is so delicious is that it is charred. Yes, charred like smoked and burnt. I don’t have any idea how they make broth charred, but they should ALWAYS make broth charred. I actually cannot speak about this anymore because it makes me want it again and again and again. Charred Ramen! What an idea!
